My name is Wade Jeffrey. I am an NPC Classic Physique competitor as well as a part time employee here at Total Nutrition working with our weekend customer base. I have been bodybuilding for roughly 8 years and love everything about the training, nutrition and supplementation that goes alongside it.
Bethany Abeln
My name is Bethany, Im an IFBB Figure Pro and owner of EvoFit Suits by B. I started competing in 2014, and since then I’ve won two overalls, competed at 6 national competitions, with three top-five placings, which includes winning my class and pro card at NPC Nationals in 2020. I competed at the IFBB Tampa Pro and IFBB Texas State pro in 2022, with an 11th place finish currently being my best placing as a pro, and I’m looking forward to beating my previous best! Off of the stage I am a passionate suit designer and artist, and help manage Evolution Fitness in Fargo, ND.
Mike Palm
Hey my name is Mike Palm! Here’s a little bit about me. In June 2008, I graduated high school in Anoka MN. Later that year in December I left for my 4 years active duty in the US Navy as a military police officer. I did 2 years in Kings Bay, Georgia on a nuclear weapons facility, then 2 years in Souda Bay Crete, Greece where I met my wife Electra. After getting out in 2012, I began my journey in college and bodybuilding. From 2014 - 2017 I had competed in 4 men’s physique competitions including 2 national shows. Also in 2017, I graduated from Metropolitan state university with a bachelors in Business Management. After graduating I began working for the VA as a Veterans Service Representative. In June 2019 we welcomed our daughter Sophia into our lives. I took some time away from bodybuilding as getting a house, career and family was priority. Once things settled, I started competing again in 2021 in the the classic physique division. Then finally turned IFBB Pro in 2022. I am now currently in prep for my Pro debut and couldn’t be more excited. Thanks for taking the time to get to know a little bit about me :)
Austin Loes
Austin Loes here! I have been bodybuilding and competing for 9 years in addition to in person and online coaching for 7 years including bodybuilding, weight loss, prenatal, lifestyle, and elderly clients.
I was an NPC Classic Physique competitor where I won Mr. Minnesota State in 2020 and Mr. Iowa State in 2023 and have competed on multiple national stages.
I am currently in transition to the NPC Men’s Open division.
I am a firm believer that I will never ask my clients to do something I cannot do. I live the life I preach day in and day out and that includes my supplementation. Total nutrition supplies every nutrient and supplement I have in my protocols to ensure I am competing at my best, but also staying my healthiest.
